Fencing Installation

We now offer a UK wide fencing installation service, what's more we'll even take down your old fence!

Before you call us it would be helpful to have the following information available:

  1. Your address and postcode.
  2. The length of ground you need to fence.
  3. Whether there is an existing fence to take down.
  4. If the fence is to be on a gradient.
  5. If there are any obstructions i.e trees, concrete etc.

Installation Terms and Conditions

 

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order

  • The fencing installation service is only available in certain areas. Please contact us to confirm we are able to offer installation in your area.

  • To allow us to install the fence panels effectively, please ensure that:

    • The fence line is clear of debris and old fencing and posts removed (where applicable)
    • There are no underground hazards such as rock/rubble/concrete or tree roots on the fence line
    • Any overhanging trees or shrubs are pruned back
    • Advise us of any obstacles that may affect installation – such as garden buildings/fish ponds/structures
    • The ground conditions are suitable for digging
    • Ensure that there is suitable access for the installers and their vehicles
    • Permission has been obtained from your neighbours prior to arrival and that there is nothing on the fence panels that is not yours and may cause conflict if removed.
    • We are informed if there is a slope or an angle in your garden that would require the posts to be planted at differing depths for a straight line fence.
    • If the length of your garden constitutes a half panel requirement, please ensure that you order enough panels.

  • Whilst we will do our best to avoid damaging plants and grassed areas, we cannot be held responsible for any damage

  • Upon receipt of your order details, our installation team will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date. At this time they may require you to answer questions relating to the requirements above.

  • On the installation day, you will need to be there to show the installers exactly where you would like the fencing to be installed and also be there to sign off the work upon completion. If you are able to peg out/mark the line in advance then this would be a great help.

  • Under certain circumstances, the installers may leave bracing on the posts to allow the concrete to set.

  • If you have asked for any old panels to be taken down, you will need to arrange for a skip or local council removal of the old panels and posts as we are unable to take these away.

  • Please note that in situations of adverse weather conditions, flooding/storms/deep snow/hurricane threat, or any acts of god then it may be likely that the installation is aborted. Where this happens, a rescheduled fitting date will be arranged.
