In terms of design the Augusta is one of our more traditional log cabins with a balustrade veranda and apex roof. Therefore whether you wish to entertain, relax or simply retreat from the house, this log cabin can provide you with a great authentic space, indoors as well as out.
It is easily assembled using 44mm interlocking logs the thickest cladding in our range - providing great insulation in the winter months.
It will be further insulated with six double glazed windows and double doors, which open fully should you wish to allow fresh air to circulate during the summer months.
Easy to install with interlocking logs creating chalet connections at the edges of the building adding rigidity and strength, as well as providing the cabin with a recognised log cabin appearance.
Thick roof joists provide a stable frame for the roof to rest upon, whilst floor bearers help protect the building from damp and rot.
It is advised to erect the cabin upon a level surface with the use of either a plastic floor base or concrete slabs.
