Easier to assemble, offering more flexible garden storage, and far stronger than a standard wooden shed, the 20 x 10 Mercia Shiplap Reverse Apex Workshop (6m x 3.2m) boasts a smart modular design, is built in Great Britain and supplied with a superb 10-year guarantee.

This large workshop shed is expertly crafted from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding, supported by a robust 27 x 44mm wooden frame, so it has the strength and durability to meet your garden storage requirements for many years to come. Its intelligent modular design means you get more wood but it comes in smaller sections, so you’ll find it far easier to assemble than other wooden sheds, and much stronger too. What’s more, the modular design also means that you’re able to choose the positions of the doors and windows to suit the orientation of your garden and your own storage requirements.

The floor and roof are both constructed from 12mm tongue and groove, renowned for its superior strength and weathertight qualities. The floor will comfortably accommodate your heavier tools plus machinery, and easily withstand regular footfall. The roof is fitted with a premium mineral felt cover to provide your stored items with complete weatherproof protection. Its reverse apex design ensures you’ll have plenty of headroom and even greater storage options.

You can gain storage-friendly access to this shed via wide double doors, which are ledged and braced for extra strength. They are fitted with 2 interior bolts and a pad bolt, so rest assured that your expensive tools and machinery will remain safe from unwanted attention. A separate single door offers you an alternative point of entry. This is also ledged, braced and fitted with a pad bolt (padlocks not supplied).

Three opening windows provide an abundance of natural light and allow you to regulate the temperature inside – perfect when you’re working and great for optimising garden storage conditions. These windows are made from styrene, so are completely shatterproof and far safer than conventional glass – ideal when you’ve got a busy, family-orientated garden. What’s more, as they’re UV protected, they will neither fade nor discolour in the sun.

The timber used to build this shed is FSC®-certified, which is the only wood-certification scheme endorsed by all of the major environmental charities. Two diamond-shaped finials round off an exceptionally attractive appearance, which is sure to complement your garden.

Supplied with a superb 10-year anti-rot guarantee, plus additional 1-year parts guarantee, this garden workshop is dip treated to guard against rot. You must retreat the wood, on an annual basis, with a high-quality preservative and waterproofing treatment, in order to keep the workshop looking its best and validate the anti-rot guarantee.

We supply fixtures, fittings and clear instructions to help you achieve a straightforward assembly. You can purchase one of these outstanding Mercia workshops in a range of sizes and designs.
