If you have ordered a product with a delivery lead time (such as 3-4 weeks), this is the window in which your product will be ready and the manufacturer will contact you to arrange a delivery.
The manufacturer WILL NOT provide us with a delivery date before contacting you. Please do not contact us unless you are nearing THE END of the lead time and still have not been contacted by the manufacturer. We will then investigate for you.

Protecting the health and wellbeing of all our employees and customers is paramount. We continue to accept orders and make deliveries to most residential addresses. To enable us to do this, we have introduced strict precautionary measures eliminating contact.
Upon delivery, to protect both you and our drivers, we will not require you to sign for your delivery. We request that you leave clear instructions for our driver regarding where you would like us to leave your order. Please remain inside your property during the delivery.
It may also take us a little longer to answer your email or your phone call so please be patient with us during this unprecedented time.

When will my product be delivered?
For pick-a-day products
Enter your postcode into the box on the product page. It will tell you if the product can be delivered to your area and which dates are available. You will then be able to schedule your delivery date at checkout.
For all other products
Enter your postcode into the box on the product page. It will tell you if the product can be delivered to your area and what the expected lead time is. The lead time is the time in which the manufacturer expects the product to be available. The manufacturer will contact you within this lead time to arrange a delivery date.
The manufacturer will not provide us with delivery times before they have contacted you. If, however, near the end of the lead time, you still have not heard from the manufacturer, do contact us and we will make further enquiries for you.

These popular products have sold out. We do not have information on when they will return into stock. If you need help choosing an alternative, please do contact us.
Our efficient delivery service ensures that your product, whether it's fencing, an arch, pergola, decking, summerhouse, garden storage product or another of our Buy Direct products, arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery is FREE to most UK mainland destinations on fencing and decking orders over £200. Many of our other ranges are eligible for FREE delivery too. Extra charges may apply on some products to certain destinations. Please note that fencing and decking orders under £200 will incur a £24.99 charge. "Fencing" includes panels, posts, trellis, gravel boards and all fencing accessories. "Decking" includes decking boards, decking tiles, deck kits, joists, spindles and all other decking accessories.
Pick A Day Delivery
We’re always looking at new ways of improving our customer’s experience, which is why we’re delighted to announce that we’ll now be offering an impressive 48 hour delivery*! You’ll receive your brand new shed, fence panels or garden storage unit just 48 hours after ordering! How exciting is that?
Delivery lead times vary depending on product, manufacturer and delivery location.
The estimated delivery lead time for each product is identified on the product page. Lead times are in working days (monday - friday). These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed - due to fluctuation in demand - but are provided in good faith and are representative of delivery at that time.
Your delivery will be made to a safe location within your property boundary, and where possible this will be off any public footpaths or highways. We ask that you ensure there is sufficient space on your property to accept your order, especially if you have ordered a product from one of our larger garden building ranges.
Unfortunately under no circumstances can the product be taken around the back of the property and we typically plan to deliver to the front garden or drive. Health and Safety and Insurance liabilities also prevent us from entering your property for access and should you live in a flat or request delivery to an allotment we will still only be able to deliver to that point of the property adjacent to the roadway.
