The difference in this 7x7 premier corner summerhouse to the original one we have to offer, is the added tongue and groove floor and roof, opposed to the standard solid sheet board. This increases the overall build quality and supports the summerhouse allowing for increased weight inside meaning heavier objects can be stored when not in use. The roof has increased capabilities and has been felted to smooth the rain dispersion process, protecting the timber roof at the same time. The timber selected is slow grown and very high quality, and it has been dip treated, hence why we guarantee a 10 year anti–rot promise following our annual treatment advice.

Featuring two wide opening double doors, our 7x7 premier corner summerhouse is easily accessible and has a lock/key which enables security meaning you can furnish the interior without having to worry. The windows are made from styrene which is a plastic alternative to glass which is safer and more environmentally friendly. Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses. Please call to seek advice if there are any access concerns.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from the manufacturer to your home with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.
