Description

This 8x8 luxury summerhouse is perfectly designed to fit into a corner of the garden.

The premium 12mm tongue and groove cladding ensures a strong, durable and weathertight build. The roof and floor are also made using tongue and groove, the former being fitted with a weatherproof mineral felt cover.

This corner summerhouse has two full height windows, which allow plenty of natural light and are made from shatterproof styrene. The double doors are also fully glazed, further increasing the amount of light allowed into the summerhouse. A key-operated lock keeps contents secure, when the summerhouse is not in use.

This summer house is dip treated to prevent rot and supplied with an impressive 10-year anti-rot guarantee. You must retreat the wood on an annual basis, with a high-quality preservative, to maintain effective levels of protection and validate the guarantee.

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses. Please call to seek advice if there are any access concerns.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from the manufacturer to your home with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.
